Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work. This policy sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law and does not replace them.

Change-of-mind returns

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return if you change your mind.

To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Because our products are food supplements, we cannot accept opened or unsealed items back for a change of mind, for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. For sealed health and hygiene products, that right ends once the seal is broken.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will put it right. Get in touch through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage you pay. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to start a return

Use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and give you the address to post to. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage, and this cost is non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return postage.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unopened, sealed item for the same product. Use our contact form to arrange it. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm it has arrived and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or card provider first, as posting times vary, then reach us through our contact form and we will help.
